What kinds of common or fresh (brand new) installations do you do?

1. Installing of meter services

2. Installation of lights, outlets, smoke detectors, and many other low-voltage items - Do you have a particular device that you need installed - it does not hurt to ask!

3. Installation of 3 phase and single phase equipment.

4. Installation of all switchgear, panels, disconnects and controllers

5. Installation of perimeter lights and underground piping if desired

6. Installation and troubleshooting all wiring and equipment issues - including control systems.

7. Installation, wiring, and testing of motors and individual controls.


What kinds of tests or diagnostics can you run?

We have tools and equipment that allow us to test almost any low-voltage, medium-voltage, or even high-voltage systems.


Why don't you offer free estimates to everyone?

If your project is relatively small, we can offer free or low-cost service estimates. However, almost any large residential or commercial project will require several hours and possibly even days to research, estimate, and, 'bid' accurately.


How do I know that your estimate will be fair or that you will even provide me with a timely service?

You can rest assured that all of our prices are fair! If we have taken the time to give you a detailed estimate, we will follow through with the job. Furthermore, the diligence we place upfront will save you time and money. Our project manager uses special estimating software and has many years of experience determining actual job costs.

If you give accurate information about the scale and scope of your large project: We will do likewise.

To clarify, the quality of information we receive affects our ability to determine your actual costs. This applies to both our professional estimate and the total project costs.
